Change the current onboarding, make the new one more Clarity on the choose skills process, more trust in the process, and feedback on actions, we improved to whole process.
The problem
The admin who uses growthspace did not have an understanding and split info between teams, and departments to understand the gaps,
more on that we needed to reflect on them and give them insights so that they could eventually open predefined workshops across the year
My role
On this project, I worked closely with our Product Analyst to get an understanding of what we can give, the best solution based on the info we have
The Goal
Give our admins an overview of the company's needs based on departments give them insights in the Dashboard tab to open pre-defined programs or workshops across the year
