Originally built to streamline talent management and hiring workflows, the system has grown into a centralized hub that supports businesses at scale. With deep integrations, automation capabilities, and a user-centric design, it enables HR teams to efficiently manage candidate pipelines, employee growth, and workforce analytics.
As a key contributor, I led projects that defined the product language, user experience, and system architecture, ensuring a cohesive and scalable solution that meets the needs of global organizations.
