Participant Onboarding

Change the current onboarding, make the new one more Clarity on the choose skills process, more trust in the process,  and feedback on actions, we improved to whole process.

Understand the problem

This onboarding process was old with no good UX practices, to be more specific it was missing some clarity on the skills needed to choose, what they would gain from it, how to measure it, and give feedback when it was done 

The drop rate on the Onboarding process and using CSM's, around 20%  


My role

In this project, I needed to drive the business to understand that we have a problem with this flow although it was basic and "working," I drove user feedback, talked to stakeholders, mapping the flow, and understood the gaps then I did the UX/UI side of this project

The goal

We need to apply new UI with progress bar also give growth added value on the welcome screen in the onboarding.
Need to indicate to users where they are across the timeline and what to expect to come next.
Seal the onboarding process with a summary of the user's choices and program settings
